Fine Art.

I don't know what it was about yesterday but it awakened something in me that I didn't know existed in my craft. It's like my eye was adjusted and I looked through my lens from such a different point of view. Yesterday I was privileged to work BTS for one of my mentors Joshua Orozco at Atomic Canary for his projection workshop. I have never done any type of fine art photography although a good share of the studio members specialize in it.

I approached these fine art images with my eye of fashion photography and loved it. I was able to capture the essence of what fine art photography is but still maintain that fashion eye. It reminded me of shooting avant garde which let's me know I want to incorporate this style into my photography. Working the BTS was super important because it also allowed me to see how different people photograph the same subject. It was about 5 other photographers who attended and participated in this work shop.
